They proved nothing and are a couple of idiots, one being a fowl mouthed idiot.

I feel the same was as I do about anyone who doesn't believe the Bible. I feel great sympathy and hope and pray that their eyes will be opened to the truth. I am not familiar with their mocking of the crucifix, but if they are doing so, I do wish they would be more respectful of the beliefs of others. As a Protestant, I certainly don't attach any particular significance to a crucifix, but out of respect for those for whom it does hold significance, I would not mock it. Mocking accomplishes nothing except making other people defensive. Also, I was unable to find any documented instance of any Christians who "left and came back with weapons". Frankly, I don't think that is true, but feel free to post documentation if you have it.

Hee! Oh man, do I love Bullsh*t (Do they censor that? Ah well, I'll do it myself). I'm part of those four fifths, unfortunately (2 Bibles, both childhood gifts), but... they're away in boxes somewhere. I don't have any use for 'em. :)
Bible's been a great source of bull for... well... a long time. I'd say they're right on the money, as they tend to be about most of their episodes (especially PETA and Greenpeace... gah).
PS: Elvis didn't do no drugs.

Same lame stuff skeptics have thrown around for years.
All easily refuted. The only people who are impressed by them, is people who have no real knowledge of the Bible themselves.
Small things amuse small minds. Throw in a few swear words, and WOW these guys are cool. Not.

Well let me put it this way. If you were really sick and afraid you might die would you ask Penn and Teller what you should do or would you seek the advice of a trained physician? As far as I know Penn and Teller are showmen neither of whom has a degree in theology. Are you going to bet your immortal soul on what they have to say or on what Jesus the Son of God said before He was crucified and rose again and was seen by over 500 witnesses before ascending back to Heaven?
Matthew 7:13-14
Enter ye in by the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many are they that enter in thereby. For narrow is the gate, and difficult the way, that leads unto life, and few are they that find it.

John 14:6-7
Jesus said to him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father but by Me. If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also. And from now on you know Him and have seen Him.
