How can I get a Subway construction master plan?

I need a blueprint that explains all it takes to construct a subway system, resource or materials which explains all

Or you can ask the Dept of Homeland Security cuz I am sure someone there is curious why someone would want the blueprints to a subway. Hope they are anyhow.

you might be able to request soemthing from a Historical Society from New York, Chicago, etc. They can probably give you a master plan. Or you can look in an encylcopedia!
