My translation is "cunctus aut nihil" (all or nothing) and
"cor ferus in cavea custoditum" (wild heart kept in cages but it should be "in cage" ,why plural ?).

Previous answer "omnius" is not a Latin word.
It's existing in Latin the similar word "omnis" but it's an adjective (meaning is total) while in yr question "all" is used as a substantive.

Latin Word For Nothing

Omne aut nihil - Everthing or nothing

Cor ferum in caveis conditis - Wild heart kept in cages

Cor ferum in cavea condita - Wild heart kept in a cage

Omne seems to fit better than any form of cunctus.
Cor is a neuter noun and takes the neuter adjective.
In requires ablative as its object.
