after I had my babies... I'm so depressed I want to kill myself!

I know it feels like a lost cause now, because I've been there. Three times. I gained 80 pounds with each of my pregnancies. My youngest is 15 months old, and I still have another 10 pounds to go. It's hard work, but if I can do it, so can you. The most important thing you can do is stop being depressed about it and get proactive. The sooner you take the initiative to do something about it, the sooner you can start to feel better-emotionally and physically. Just know that you are not alone, that this happens to SO many people, and that you CAN fix it. Make tomorrow the first step, and start with a new plan. Hang in there girl!

Your babies need you more than you need to lose 60 lbs. See if you can get some help to get your depression under control. Exercise helps depression too. Then look tackling your weight.

I lost 4 pant sizes and so it is possible to get it back. Just love yourself first and you will find the answers.

Your weight gain may be a symptom of post-partum depression. It is quite common. See a psychiatrist for a diagnosis. The meds can help with the weight loss too. There's no point in beating yourself up over it. It happened so fix it and move on with your life.

It is normal to gain weight from having kids. Are you sure your hormones are ok? I would go to the Dr. for a check up and make sure everything is ok and the forget about diets, they don't work, just do a healthly eating and lifestyle change, eating lots of fruits and veggies and walking about 30 minutes each day, the weight will fall off, also remember to take a multi vitamin for woman daily. Happy Holidays and Best Wishes.

hey you need to chill . so you had babies and gained weight , now lets face it its easier to gain then to loose ,you have babies that need you ,why would you want to kill your self ,look there are people that cant have babies ,that would do anything to have one ,you are fortunate to have them so you should be there to raise them ,you will lose the extra weight give it time ,in the mean time enjoy your babies because it wont be long and they will be grown and away from home you will wish they were back home again .cheer up it will all work out for the best , hope you will change your mind and consider seeing a docter and feel better . good luck and god bless ,everything will get better , just focus on being there for the babies ..............they really need you and you really need them

Hi! Sometimes it takes a while for the baby fat to come off. If you are depressed you are probably too tired to exercise. Speak to your Doctor about your concerns. There are a lot things that can be done to get you healthy again, and the depression needs to be discussed too. Don't be so hard on yourself. Best of luck to you!!

You have the ability to change things you don't like- eat right end exercise. 60 pounds is not the end of the world. Get some counseling for your depression. God bless....
