NO don't tell her that is the worst thing ever. Leave what is in the past right where it is. You don't want to be the person responsible for ruining a wedding. Nothing good can come of telling her. I know that it is hard because you love her, but trust me not worth the drama.

It was most definitely wrong when you originally committed the crime, but I feel that there is no harm in keeping this information from her. This is only, of course, if you do not suspect him of cheating on her since than. A lot of things can change in three years and they seem to made it through, so I would not worry.
However, if it is bothering your conscious, I would certainly fess up to the act. Besides, you might be surprised that she already knows about it!!! ( I once made out with my best friends long-term bf when we in high school and just found out a few months ago that she knew about it the whole time!!! Man did I feel bad and guilty, but knowing she forgave was a huge relief!)

What good could possibly come out of telling her this? She will NEVER trust you around her husband. It will always be in the back of her mind and she will be forever jealous of your friendship with him. Don't tell her anything.

you will feel sooo much better if you do. the weight will be lifted off your shoulders and you won't feel awkward around them. it was just a kiss and it was so long ago, i don't see her getting too mad about this.
