It sounds like you may be anemic. The most common cause of anemia is iron deficiency. This is especially problematic in women who are menstruating because the loss of blood. Iron plays a vital role in red blood cells that deliver oxygen to your tissues. I know from experience that being anemic causes me to see "stars" if I get up too quickly, hair loss, and cold intolerance. Anemia may also cause depressed immune function, which may explain why you get sick easily. Please go see your doctor and ask for a blood test so they can determine your complete blood count and ferritin levels (iron storage ability). Hope you feel better. If you are anemic, be sure to take iron supplements daily. Drinking orange juice (not drinks with calcium ie milk) with the iron supplement helps with iron absorption.

HI Eyes Like Summer
This is the sign the body gives us to indicate an issue needs to be resolved. Could be stress or an emotional issue your dealing with, but most of the time there are toxins in the body that need to get out. Surpressing them with meds only pushes the issue deeper or to another part of the body.
You also need a lot more nutriton and drink a gallon of water a day to help fight and push out the toxins. The best remedy is to do a juice (organic fruits and vegs) fast for 5 or more days to give your body rest from most processed food we eat everyday. Try to do a colon cleanse to really move out waste and do some exercise to relieve stress.
Best of health to you

What have you been eating recently? Are you still eating normally while youve been sick? Diarrhoea shouldnt last more than a day. Usually, a stomach bug, gastric flu or food poisoning would cause you to be like this, but do you have any other symptoms such as fever, headache, fatigue? Are you allergic to any foods? I hope you will consult a doctor very soon. Get well soon x

You need to eat a better diet and take vitamin supplements.
Then, when you are stronger you need to take a walk every day for 30 minutes.
