Drink lotsa water, atleast 3 litres daily and eat bananas, esp. at night after supper. That should ease out the constipation problem... let me know if it worked ;)

fiber is the best. you can buy it in a pill or powered form but i prefer the powdered. you add this powder to your fav. drink and just wait for it to work, and trust me it will work. it might take a day or so if your really backed up, but just be patient. if you want an immediate reaction you can try fleets or depositories which is basically a saline solution inserted in your bottom.
