Science deals with all that encompasses the natural world it’s not preoccupied with supernatural things such as divine or religious experiences or transcended states of mind. Its purpose is explaining natural phenomena that it can detect record and process. To work with a new from of science that deals with mysticism or supernatural phenomena would seem irrational to science. Enlightenment is also a phenomenon that has existed with man through out time and has yet to even be fully understood by any except to those who have reached nirvana or similar earlier stages of satori

I think this is a silly question and I'll tell you why.
Science is about observation. you come up with a theory on why something works based on fact's that have been proven threw trial and error and hypothesis that has been tested but can't or has not been proven but logical makes sense. Science can only explain what we can observe. Enlightenment is gained threw a spiritual path, and discipline. Spirituality deals with the unknown, the spiritual world. by it's very nature it is "intangible" you cant observe it. that's why no mater how science trys it will never be able to disprove the concept of god. Just redefine it.

yep. if u know about the molecular breakdown of anything 'physical' u know everything is nothing and vise versa. in the year 2012. there r alot of theories on what will happen. i prefer the one that says we will no longer be ruled by time, wich will be enlightenment. a lot will probably die. those who can't escape this reality, but yes. if we are all the same than science is the force that will create this, and so will everything else, and nothing at all.

I assume LSD is not what you have in mind.
