One can end up with the problem of constipition due to a lack of fiber in the diet! Fiber food are (fruits and vegetable, grains, seeds like flax seed and or pumpkin seeds). Try eating sprouted breads like ezechial made by food for life. Brown rice is also good. If not try and get some physillium seed and supplement your diet with that. That is sure to work. A lot of processed junk helps you get constipated. When you are about to eat food, ask yourself, how easy is this going to come out? If it is junk well it will not be easy, usually natural raw foods have no problem with evacuation. Take care of it because constipation for a long time is not a good thing! My best of wishes to you and your health!

P.S. Drink a lot of water, it will help with lubrication, you might be having a hard time because you are dehydrated!

drink lots of water and have few bananas :) Eat lot of foods containing fibres If it is worse, u have to consult doctor.

In people without medical problems, the main intervention is the increase of fluids (preferably water) and dietary fiber. The latter may be achieved by consuming more vegetables and fruit, whole meal bread and by adding linseeds to one's diet. The routine non-medical use of laxatives is to be discouraged as this may result in bowel action becoming dependent upon their use. Enemas can be used to provide a form of mechanical stimulation.
