I like Panacur. Also known as Safeguard. It is a powdered wormer that you give to the dog for 3 days, and it kills everything except coccidia. You can get it at Petco, Walmart, or Tractor Supply Company.

There isn't a home remedy that will really work like you will want. The best thing to do is to get your dog into the vet, have them give the first dose of a deworming, then get a heartworm test, if negative, they can put your dog on heartworm meds, which will also take care of the other "typical" worms puppies are born with.

i agree with the person that said safeguard. it is a fantastic wormer and it is safer than giving the liquids as it is easy to overdose on the liquid. BUT......... if you can afford to go to the vet that would be the best thing to do and let the vet give the proper wormer and proper dose for your dog. It does need wormed as all dogs and puppies do Worms KILL.

Take him/her to a vet. You may need to get more than one treatment...depending on the age of the dog and the infestation. Also, if you have your pet on Heart Guard for heart worms...which you should...that should curb the worm problem. It works for other worms besides heart worms.

i dont think there is a natural way...you need some worm tablets from the vet or supermarket...anyhow..there are many different types of worms...hook worm..thread worm...tape worms..the only way you can have the right tablet is to have your dogs poo checked under a microscope at the vets....

Buy a dewormer from pets mart. Or take to the Vet.

go to the vet, or tsc, and you can buy a dewormer. it isn't that expensive, and you basically squirt this into its mouth. not a big deal.
