Well God created Adam and Eve perfect and placed them in the garden of Eden. Romans 5:12 states that "just as through one man (Adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." So you are partialy right that if Adam had not partaken from the tree of the knoladge of good and bad (Gen 2:9) humans could have countinued to have the prospect of living in Eden yet today. However, just as they had the law conncerning the tree then it would remain indefinatly. The important point is two fold though. 1) What did the tree represent and 2) Is there any hope now? The tree represented Gods authority to decide what was good and bad for humans, by not eating of it, Adam and Eve demenstrated there subjection to Gods athourity. So, likewise today true christians understand from the study of the Bible what expectations of God are and subject themselfs to them even though some of the things might not be very poupular today. Keep in mind Gods promis to mankind in Palms 37 "...the meek one will posses the earth and they will reside forever upon it." So humans will again come into a righous standing with God and enjoy life forever on earth again in paradise conditions. Keep studing your bible, not mearly reading it as most religouns do!

We would have remained in Perfection, and followed the command of Genesis 1:28. No doubt, God would have created a new woman for Adam. We would have spread the Garden of Eden to the rest of the planet. That's why Satan's "Detour" will finally fail. (Revelation 21:4). Eventually, God will win, and we'll get there. His purpose will be realized.

They both would still be in the garden. Even if she ate and he didn't. It is because the man is the head over the woman and it is for her safety and comfort and for him to care for her that he is to make right choices and be an example and be an image of Christ. He is completely responsible for her. Not that she is never held accountable for her actions but if you notice, in Genesis nothing happened until HE ate from it. And he was standing with her the whole time she was tasting and touching the fruit and he didn't do anything to stop her. He might have been staring at her breasts, (ha! ha!) I don't know why he just didn't take control of the situation, but ultimately it was the decision that he made that caused them to be banished from the garden.

sure. a million. To the poster above me, "ideal" isn't the note. If Adam and Eve did not devour the forbidden fruit, they'd have remained threat free. actually God is ideal. 2. human beings are nonetheless eating the forbidden fruit as we communicate. They do it day in and holiday. maximum persons devour the forbidden fruit no longer understanding that are eating the forbidden fruit. 3. what's the forbidden fruit? to apply the understanding of reliable and evil without trusting God over such topics. there is too a lot fruit on the Tree of the understanding of reliable and Evil. no you ought to devour each little bit of fruit. no you ought to digest all of it. you ought to assert that one and each of the selfishness, each of the divorces, each of the strife, all crimes and conflict stem from guy's lack of ability to appreciate the intensity of the understanding of reliable and evil. 4. it is the position the rubber meets the line. in case you've self belief God over concerns of reliable and evil, you're a Christian. in case you do take concerns of reliable and evil into your owns fingers, leaving topics as a lot as guy, you aren't to any extent further a Christian.

The Bible says Eve was deceived, but Adam knew it was wrong to eat the fruit, but did it anyway. Also, our sinful nature is passed to us through Adam, not Eve. Therefore, the answer to you question would be yes. Of course, that's a big "IF."

Chances are, when Eve died, Adam (who would still have been youthful at age 950 or so) would have been given a new woman and they could have produced perfect children and filled the earth.

Oh SURE, blame it on the woman!! It was the snakes fault. Eve was just a passive trusting soul. It probably would not have happened if Adam had stayed married to his first wife. You know, the assertive one.

If they hadn't, the next generation would have.

This is not in the Bible:

When they chose the tree of discernment between good and evil, it meant that they chose to leave the Garden Laboratory and venture out on their own.

God was elated. Why? He had mutated them from hominids to Humans with "freedom of choice" (free will) and his experiment worked. They chose to venture instead of hiding in a safe place.

PS: Perfection smerfection: Have you ever heard of "free will"?

Then women would rule the world as we know it... oh wow, why did Adam have to eat that apple... this could have all been ours ... just kidding. I guess he might have, that's a neat question.
