Ive been having headaches everyday since ive gone on summer vacation, is it because ive changed my body clock? Very weird. help anyone?

It could be sinus or tension headaches. Try keeping a bottle of Exedrine near by

COuld be, or you might need your eyes checked. Your vision can change without you noticing, and cause daily headaches.
That happened to my dad. Got glasses, no more headaches.

Try drinking more water. I heard that 80% of headaches are caused by dehydration. Give it a try

I don't really think it's your body cloak out of wack. I worked nights for the summer and then had to switch fast back to days.
Drink lots of water. If they continue, consult you family doctor.

maybe your not getting enough sleep or the weather could be to hot which can cause headaches

Do you use artificial sweeteners? The can trigger headaches.
