SBI Credit card has unjustly levied interest although all payments are made in full within stipulated due dates. Request to reverse the interest charge has still not been rectified although help-line personnel are assuring me of such reversal.

Write to Banking ombudman at RBI regional office where you reside. The address of the banking ombudsman can be obtained at:

apropos your problem, pl write to the Banking Ambudsman of the respective bank with a copy to reserve bank of india. if the problem is not answered to your satisfaction, file a case in the district consumer forum for justice. you can also, get in touch with the association who is fighting agaist the attitude of the banks on credit cards. the person's name is mr.giddiappa. the GE who has taken charge for SBI cards is the lousy one and certainly one has to tickle them to get appropriate answer. my sincere advice to yo not to encourage them to your residence and do not respond over phone, ask them to write to you or speak in person by the bank officials and not by the GE personnal.
good luck
