I doubt it. Be very, very, very careful. There are many, many scams out there. People trying to get at your money. I would try and get in touch with someone from Yahaoo directly, rather than to deal with whomever sent you the letter.

Yahoo is not in the Lottery business. This is a Nigerian scam. Do not submit anything they ask for. I am a retired Police Officer that has investigated Internet fraud and scams for years and this is an old one. Banks are not in the Lottery business either.

NO its a scam do NOT reply delete the message.this lottery does NOT exist! Do NOT give any bank account details to them. Remember you cannot win money from not entering a lottery or competion knowingly........

NOPE. Contact Yahoo, take it to your banks fraud unit and to the local police dept. Sorry I have seen people lose everything through scams.
