My husband had a knot, nodule, or sort of a tumor in his inner thigh of his leg that was pliable (not hard) you could press on it. He never went to the Doctor due to lack of benefits, about a year ago, it seemed to go away, now he has benefits again. We noticed that this area is sagging and dimpled, or a bit con-caved. Is it cellulite, DVT, or what I fear cancerous? I feel it necessary to add that he is very tall and border-line obese, so I wouldn't rule out cellulite but I don't know what cellulite looks like. Please reply A/S/A/P, I'd like to know before his Dr's appt.

There is only one way to know for sure if a growth is cancerous or not and that is a biopsy.

No one can say for sure what is causing the problem. As difficult as it is, you will need to wait until the doctor appointment to know for sure.

Cellulite looks like orange peel. Now that you have insurance have it checked out and you don't have to worry about it. Any comments on this side is just guessing.

Only a doctor can tell, but if he's fat then he's probably stressed out all the time too. Stress can bring on all sorts of weird problems. Once the stress is gone, the weight will come off.

It sounds like cellulite to me.

I know it's definitely not cancer.
