I have read that if you drink more then three glasses of vitamin D milk a day it will help you chunk up. And I saw the results in my son. He was so skinny people were threatening to call social services on me. It didn't matter to them that it runs in my husbands family. I started giving him the milk and got results right away. He looks very healthy now. And my sister's husband was successful with half and half on his cereal in the morning. Good luck!

Get more protein by eating more of your fake meat. Boca is packed with protein. Most people get more protein than they need, anyway.

Eat fruits and vegies that have a high sugar level i.e. carrots, apples, oranges.
Dark vegies have low carbs, and you need cars to get a little heavier. And breads...eat breads more. They have a good amount of cars in them Good luck.
