I used to be liked by every guy around and when i moved out of town and came back non of the guys like me anymore is it bc ive changed (lost virginity...had a miscarriage) What can i do to get attention without looking like im a slut or desperate

Maybe it's not that your looks have changed, but perhaps your attitude has. I'm not saying you have a bad attitude or anything. I'm just saying that it sounds like a lot has gone on in your life since you left town, so now that you are back, perhaps the way you come across to people has changed? You life experiences naturally have a way of impacting your emotions.
Don't seek attention. Generally the attention seekers only get negative attention.

well for one you have had a miscarriage. that makes hormonal changes in ur body that will actually turn you into a mom. so you maybe did change physically. or maybe the experience made you change mentally and attitude is half of attractiveness. either way if the guy needs more alcohol to sleep with ya then you do then ya got a problem. otherwise ur alright.

Maybe your attitude changed, the 2 things you mentioned aren't noticeable just by looking.
