I want the tattoo on my wrist, but since I do not speak Arabic, I want someone who does to translate the phrase "Insha'allah" for me. I want it written in traditional arabic, not the English form, and was told the original translation, written from left to right was incorrect, and would need to be flipped around from right to left. Is that correct? I'd like an actual graphic of the picture, but will take text. Thanks!

It's really offensive to be told I don't know what it means. Number one, I know exactly what it means, which is WHY I'm getting it, and two, I'm not getting it for Allah. I am not Muslim, but the language and religion are beautiful and I assure you, only God or Allah will judge, so practice what you preach and keep your negative comments to yourself. It's really disrepectful. Thanks to the great answers I got from the rest of you!

Hi there! ان شاء الله "God Willing" - It is read from right to left. you can find this online by going to google languages. Good luck with the tattoo. I almost got a similar tattoo in arabic on my wrist, but later decided that if I were to regret it later in life, I should put it somewhere less visible (on my lower abdomen). The arabic langauge is beautiful, especially the script! I hope you will always love your tattoo. : )

Insha2allah means God's willing. Arabic is written from right to left. It might be hard to get the tattoo in arabic unless u find someone who speaks and writes arabic.

it means "If God wills"...why you want to write Allah's name on your body?very disrespecting. I dont think its a good idea. Islam is against tatto and on top of that you are doing tattoo of Allah's name. go for some other word in arabic. like peace or love

"Insh'allah" means "If God wills" or "According to God's will, so be it."
Arabic is written right to left.
