The only person that can fix this is you. I know how hard this is; I cut myself too, and I know of the emotional pain. It's great that you want to stop though! Start counting days/months/weeks that you can go without doing it. It is very encouraging. Supportive friends are always good, too. And I know you say that you can't see a dr, but going to a school counselor is absolutely free and they are great to talk to. I have to pop in every once in a while myself. (Oh, and it gets you out of class too haha) That's always good! Be strong sweetheart, and know that you can fight this! Sending much love

Sorry, but doctors are the best and probably only thing to do. A therapist can help understand why you do it and how to control it. I think the right medication could do wonders, although it could just be a problem with how you deal with situations. A therapist is the best course of action (I've been to two myself, nothing to worry about).

Also maybe doing something like boxing, karate, or even a fast action video game could aid in relieving some frustration. I wish you the best!

There is a book called Cutter or Cutting. They have it at Barnes and Noble in the psychology section. Try other self harm but safe methods such as holding an ice cube, intense exercise, popping rubber band on wrist... Once, writing on myself with an ink pen helped. Best wishes.

Try doing something else constructive. Poetry, walking and breathing are all well and fine but if you can take up a constructive hobby it might be better. Try kniting, shuffling cards, making things (cards).

You need properly trained counselling. If you do not want to see a doctor then talk to a minister or priest about your problems.GetHELP NOW.
