Everyone has some fault......I am only 22 years old and have heart disease, have had open heart surgeries, blood disorders, and I do not blame it on God....these things have made me stronger....not weaker! It's not a shortcoming....I am not weak next to other people!

Handicap people or diseased people have their problem
because of what they sow in their previous lives. God allows it because He is Just. A person deserves what
they are getting because of their actions past or present.
Just think; if a man kills you in your past life and in this lifetime, he is a handicap & God is merciful to him, is it
justice? Would you be happy?

The Bible did not state that God is merciful to everyone.
He is only merciful to those who follow his words. The people that Moses lead into the promised land, only the 2nd generation were allowed in, the 1st generation had to die outside the promised land because they were stiff-necked and stubborn and refuse to follow God's ways even those so many miracles were shown to them. Even Paul who had persecuted the Christians before he became one was not spared from his past sins, he still has to suffer.

"Reap What You Sow" explains it. Although most Christians do not believe in past lives, they can't explain why a little baby would have Aids or deformity.
and it is actually in the Bible when Jesus told the paralyze man, Get up, take your bed and walk, thy sins are forgiven thee! A paralyze man don't have the ability or
capability to commit sin, likewise a baby so if they don't
have a past life, when did they sin?

Illnesses and handicaps whether physically or mentally are a result of sin. So stop blaming God when human
beings are so incorrigible.

Have you niticed that some people look at what is good in life and always give credit to God? When they sit down for a meal, they thank God. The reality is that someone had to get a job, earn a living, go shopping, by table and chairs, dishes, cook it, serve it before he/she could sit down and eat! Did God help?

When you get sick, lose your job, can't be hired, can't put food on the table, it is definitely YOUR fault. God's got nothing to do with that. Oh no, he stays clear of those problems. You can't find it even if you start praying in five hundred languages backwards standing on your head!

No. There is no God. Handicap people are simply a good example of how life can't be a fair test of faith since different people get different capabilities through their life time. A person with a calculator in a math test will do better than other who don't. If life is a test, then its anything but fair.

Christians seem to have selective reading when it comes to things they do not understand. To answer your question, yes God creates vessels of honor and vessels of dishonor. Handicap people, gay people anyone suffering from any kind of physical or mental ailment chooses their life prior to entering this world. Nothing happens outside of the will of God, nothing. And this is expressed countless times in the bible.

"You will say to me then, "Why does He still find fault? For who resists His will?" On the contrary, who are you, O man, who answers back to God? The thing molded will not say to the molder, "Why did you make me like this," will it? Or does not the potter have a right over the clay, to make from the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for common(dishonorable) use? What if God, although willing to demonstrate His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction? And He did so to make known the riches of His glory upon vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory, even us, whom He also called, not from among Jews only, but also from among Gentiles. (Romans 9:20)

"I form the light, and create the darkness, I make well-being and create woe; I, the LORD, do all these things." (Isaiah 45:7)

"Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father" (Matthew 10:29)

Until Christians and mankind in general become cognizant of their soul self then they will be alienated from the higher realities being conveyed in the scriptures and will be ever blind to the reason why people come into the world the way they do.

Peace

Jehovah God created the first human pair perfect. They were designed to live forever. He placed them in a beautiful garden paradise and told them to multiply and fill the earth. This was God's original plan for mankind, - everlasting life on a paradise earth.
Due to Adam and Eves' disobedience and rebellious action by listening to Satan, they lost all that not only for themselves but for all mankind.Because we as their offspring now all inherit that sin and imperfection from them and as a result we all age,get sick and eventually die.Had they remained obedient they would still be alive today and we all be in perfect health.
Handicaps, death, sickness, poverty, hatred, cruelty. All these things are a direct result of the rebellion in Eden. Our first parents forfeited all blessings because of their sinning. They listened to Satan who tricked them into beleiving they could govern themselves independently of God.And we see the result of that today.
However, the Bible does promise that in His due time,Jehovah will remedy the situation. And peace and harmony will be restored. The dead will be resurrected. All wickedness will be removed and the earth will once again be a paradise.
The Bible tells us of God's love for mankind. It pains Him immensely to see the suffering and inhumanity. He is a God of Love.Unfortunately,Christendom does not teach the truth and portrays God as a callious, vengeful God who throws people into places of eternal fiery torment. These kinds of teachings are contrary to the Bible. If you would like to learn more about our wonderful Creator,Jehovah and His purposesfor mankind and the earth, why not consider contacting Jehovahs Witnesses at your local Kingdom Hall. They would be only too happy to conduct a free home bible study with you.

I usually avoid questions like this one because they attract the verbose who like to read their own stuff.

Handicaps are caused buy injury, disease, or genetic defects.

Each of these can be caused by environmental conditions. No God involved.

Handicapped people are perfect in the eyes of the lord. Their bodies are not necessarily whole but their soul is. They are a compass for those with no infirmities to show the way to get to God. I believe they are closer to God than anyone else as they usually have child like innocence and grace.

I have to agree with two_eighty_eight and Max D.

This business about getting diseases or being disabled because of a sin is total bull$h!t. But on the other hand, it also once again illustrates how cruel God is.

See, this is the kind of hypocracy that I hate about christianity. If your god "loves" us so, then why did he create handicap people? Even the mothers and fathers of any given mammalian species wouldn't want their children to be handicapped, and since we are all "god's children," some of us deserve to be. Ridiculous brainwashing...

Eca, what good is there in the world? Open your eyes...
