my bf's birthday celebrations?!??!?

next mon will be my bf's birthday?
i thought he would be clubbing with his frens and all but he told me he would be spending the whole day with me.

and i was like wth,i gotta plan for a bday for him and i honestly do not know what to do.

he is more of a flamboyant guy who's cheeky,confident and i feel his celebrations shld be more festive n stuff.
and we are tgt for only almost a month.

i wanna give him a great day to remember but i tink i gt only like 20 bucks in my pocket.he's 19 anyway.

Go to a fun restaurant and surprise him by having all his friends be there too. Have the staff bring in a cake with candles and sing. Have everyone bring a small gift too that he can open at the table.
