guys standards?

my friend has trouble getting a boyfriend. I personally thin kshe is just trying to hard. But every guy i ask about why they dont like her they say its cuz she is fat.. are there no guys here that have to set their standards so high?

Chemistry and standards are two very different things. In fact, they are polar opposites. Maybe she should try losing weight. It will build confidence and guys DO feed off of a girls confidence. The more confident the girl is, the more we want to be apart of that. Guys standards are based on the best girl we have dated in the past. We try to find a girl who is at that level if not better. If we see a girl who is not near that level, it may manifest itself in an offensive manner. Im sure she is a beautiful girl inside and out. But trying too hard and confidence are also polar opposite. See if she is confident with her looks, if not, maybe she should start making changes.

Men are liars , as alot of women say in todays world. I am a single guy. i know just what you mean. I can tell you yess alot of men dont want a woman who does seem heavy, but dont be fooled alot of menout there are not just about the woman being heavy. alot of guys are insecure. In our generation the world put into peoples minds that heavy people are very depressing to be around this isnt true for the most part i know alot of heavy women that are great people and fun to be around. so what do i think she should do. well be herself, dont be a why why why person or whats the matter asking type of person. i think the key to everything is learn to live with how she is, find what she is good at be more social but not annoying. I know a few guys that date very very heavy women and these guys should be datin models, they key is be lady like being a big person doesnt mean to throw your wieght around just cause you can stand up for yourself. If a wman shows he world she doesnt need anyone to be happy and can be beautiful in her own way and not want to be the spotlight all the time. the right man will come along. the right guy might not always be the brad pitt of the crowd. look around ther just might be some good guy in the quiet corner looking for what she has to offer.

yes there are, but have ya thought that maybe her standards are set too high? on a one to ten scale 10s date 10s, 5's date 5's and so on. there is a little leeway for money, but otherwise thats how it goes. just somethin to think about.

Chubby Chasers are plenty, she just needs to act sluttier and make more advances.

but really, if anything, HER standards are high. i am willing to be that she hasnt approached any of the 'loosers' that she knows, but truth is, those lonely guys are her only shot. she needs to realise she isnt you, just because you hang around together. she can find a guy fine, she just needs to aim lower.

u know what i hate guy that Judy girls of there looks i have been out with some not so good looking girl and i have had the best time ever its sad about Ur friend. she doesn't deserve losers. good luck to her and i hope she finds a nice guy

Well, I can see you are certainly good looking so you should be a
good judge of your g/f.....Give her your honest advice as kindly & discretely as possible...You sound like you already think she is too fat and know that is her problem....I am sure she is a very nice person...
