Yes... just leave it on for about 2 hours and then take a hot shower and shampoo your hair. It is very good for the skin also. Massaging the whole body with coconut oil once a week is a very relaxing. After about an hour if you can take a bubble bath it is very very soothing specially in winter.

Coconut oil is great for your scalp. No, it does not clog the follicles. Coconut oil massages your scalp and releases stress.
P.S. It makes your hair smell good.

Refined is lacking all of the parts that make it so incredible--I unintentionally purchased delicate at Walmart and it was once horrible. Definitely now not the equal factor. It does holiday a few folks out, that's why its instructed to experiment patch first. A lot of folks like myself have excellent luck with it even though, I find it irresistible. I use a drop or 2 beneath my eyes at night time and placed a skinny layer of vaseline to seal in moisture, and use it for face remedies. It's excellent for setting out make-up, too. Probably now not as well for deodorant or wetness, however ya on no account recognize. Worth a shot. It has anti bacterial homes and what now not sooo. It's so delicate that it can be used for casting off fleas on pets, and them licking it off is flawlessly nice and truthfully healthful for them. If it is that effortless on animals digestive tracts, you are probably not to have facet results besides for breaking out if it does not trust you to your face.

Its almost a ritual in India - especially in the south. The oil is supposed to thicken the growth and make your hair stronger. Most guys and girls apply it on a weekend and let it soak in for the night before shampooing it off.
