I think a blackish blue would look great. I would not go for the brighter colors because they might wash away your pretty complexion. A nice contrast to your skin would look neat-o. I believe revlon sells a black-blue. It really shows up in the sunlight, and modestly shows in regular lighting. Also, I haven't seen too many people with it, so it will be quite unique.
