There are several brands for adults, if you have a WalMart close by, they have a section of just that product. Several sizes, so you can get the right fit. Even Albertson's and Safeway has them. So any grocery store or stores like WalMArt or Target,etc will have them, and drug stores.

Hmmm.... Ebay? Or just use the over sized diapers used for the elderly...should be carried at just about any large pharmaceutical store.

In the same section you would find female hygiene products in a store. They come in different types and sizes.

if it's just a little loss of bladder controls you'd probably be good with just pantyliners

Adult diapers will do. Here in the USA we have a brand called "Depends"
