Also,what does it mean when a man calls your name or looks at you and puckers up his lips like he's kissing,but keeps doing it???PLZ TELL ME!!!!

I'm not sure about other countries, heh, but I can guess they all mean basically the same thing. In America, those are both gestures ignorant "stupid men" do when they think they can impress ya'.

whipping the tongue out and wiggling it...umm, well, there's no polite way to say it. The guy thinks you're hot enough to, well, to do the same thing in other places of your private anatomy. We all live in today's society, I doubt there is even one person who has never been exposed to some form of oral gratification during sex.

When the guy kisses the air many times, again, he's trying to tell you he wants to kiss you just as many times.

They are crass gestures that generally discust most women in this world, but for some reason these "stupid men" keep doing it like it's the newest coolest thing to pick up chicks.
