I like to change up my routine occasionally and was curious what others do. In particular I'm looking for good abdominal routines to try. What exercises and how many do you do?

I do a single muscle exercise routine 3X chest - back / shoulder routine / 3 X bicep -tricep / squats or a leg routine /

stomach as follows

bicycles, leg lifts crunches,

hanging leg lifts, crunches

kickboxing and boxing on the bag

elipitical machine

100 sit ups running in place 10 times running laps 10 times 5 mile walk i do this routine 3 times a day oh yeah lift 20 pound weights.

I enjoy taking classes so I started with a pilates class for 6 weeks then moved on to kickboxing for 6 weeks then I took a pole dancing class. Way fun and you never get bored!

I run 3 days a wk and and do 300 sit ups a wk
