Practicing good health by basically taking all things in moderation will always reflect in your face. Enjoying life and finding peace will also do the same. I'd suggest you work on the first two and not worry about the last one because your countenance will reflect who you are inside. Godloveya.

Eat more health product some thing like vegetable or none oily food. Read more books bout being a good manner search for more info bout it , about the face thing keep clean n b glad to b urself ^^ and cheep up for every thing b happy think positive tat's all n the improtant is keep smile ... wish u luck ^^

For good health eat lots of fruits and vegetables avoid red meat and pork. It will make your face glow and yopu will have good skin.For good personality be friendly. Smile a lot and the world smiles with you..Think only of good of others and you will not go wrong.A happy person is well liked .
