Has QANTAS (QF) been taken over by a private owner?

I read Qantas (or QF) was taken over by a private agency. Can anyone confirm or falsify this statement?

An offer to buy the shares has been made. The Board of directors has recommended that the offer be accepted. The deal has been done but not completed. It is reasonably safe to assume it will be completed.

It has been taken over by several parties...Its on all the news in Australia
