im 122 and 5'0 i want to be like 105 what is a good way ?

get in to a consistent work out routine. start out 2 to 3 times a week. then move it up to 3 to 4 times a week. Do a lot stretching, go jogging, walking and toning w/ weights. doing push ups and situps every night before you go to bed is a great thing too. dont' skip any meals. Just eat a lot of smaller portions. snack more; and don't eat monster meals. Once you get this mastered then you can begin incorporating two a day workouts but only do that if your really serious. Maximize your workouts. if you work out for 15 mins; don't slack any of it; keep your heart pace up.

Eat healthy and exercise regularly (at least 30 minutes three times a week). This is the only healthy way to get and stay in shape.

All the diet plans and exercise routines can drive anyone crazy. Don't do something you hate to lose weight. Become more active doing things you like: rollerblading, hiking, walking the dog, biking, karate...the list goes on and on. Find foods that are delicious and healthy, cut back on those that arent. You'll lose weight and wont be unhappy while you do it.

atkins/south beach diet

so no pasta, bread, soda, rice, potatos, candy, cookies

lots of salad and veggies with some meat

change one meal to a low carb protein shake with total EFA oil and blueberries

take a good antioxident vitamin (I like Maxilife CoQ10) and CLA 4 grams a day

and plus 30 minutes of exercise everyday

Eating healthy and exercising hands down. I think a simple routine of sit-ups and push-ups every night or morning goes a long way.

dont eat carbs. like bread and stuff. and work out every morning and night for atleast an hour or go to a gym
