I have an extreme fast metabolism. I eat all day long. I'm 21 years old, 5'0 and weight 96 lbs. I have always been tiny and I would love to gain weight. Please help.

Depending on your daily calorie consumption, I'd increase it by a thousand calories or so. Make a journal of what you eat over a couple of days and look at how many calories you ate and where. Gaining weight for some people can be just as hard as losing it for others. The key is to eat healthy, not junky. Junk food is pure sugar, which, if your body has a fast metabolism, goes right through you. (Your body processes all the carbs and doesn't store any) Eat foots with good sized amounts of protein and fat. (Be scarce with the trans fat) Also, don't eat any processed foods, like white bread. Go with natural foods, like wheat bread and whole grains.

eat healthy foods that are high in fat like raw fish and raw nuts...notice i said raw...that's the healthy way...the unhealthy way would be to eat the same things cooked...or eat all of your meals at McDonald's
