for the last 2 weeks, my store SHOP RITE has had real tangerines. oh, A&P also did. the real thing. I hate clementines. they are a fake tangerine it seems.

I am not sure why you can't buy tangerines but I just recently got some satsumas and they are great. It really is a toss up between the satsumas and the clementines if you like sweet oranges.

I don't know where you live. I think it's a little early in the season for tangerines, though with all the trade a lot of produces does not have a season. I don't know.

to my knowledge a tangerine is called a Mandarina in spanish so mandarine in something that eventually happened through spanglish

I live in ohio and just bought tangerines three weeks ago. maybe you should look at a local farmers market.

All depends on where you are, we can get tangerines right now but then again...we're in Florida.
