I've lost about twenty pounds (over 10% of my body weight) using excercise almost completely. It's a routine that takes 20 minutes three times a week, that's it. It's called Sprint 8 and I read about it in Outside magazine last spring. You can use any exercise as long as you can go pretty hard. I use a Nordic Track crosscountry ski machine, but you can run, swim, bike, etc. You start with 3 minutes of warm up. Then you go hard (sprint) for 30 seconds followed by 90 seconds of recovery. Do this eight times total, and cool down for the last 2 and half minutes and you're done. It's hard at the time, you'll be surprised at how long 30 seconds can seem, but I always feel good when done. I have recommended it to many people, but only my wife has followed through with pretty good results, she didn't lose much total weight, but that's because she gained some muscle. She did lose size however. Good luck.

The most that you can lose is about a pound. If you try to lose 7 pounds by Tuesday through very low calories diet, it will only be mostly water, some muscle, and very little fat (if any). However, you will gain the weight back again (plus more) and it will get harder again to lose weight.
The most weight that you can lose is only 1 -2 pounds per week. And that is not an easy task by Tuesday the 19th.

dont eat any junk food go on a jog or walk 2 or 3 times a day mostly eat salads and fruits something healthy make good chioces =]

Hmm... maybe try cutting and shaving all body hair and going around naked. That should be close to losing 7 lbs.

that is over a pound a day. that is not really healthy,
you want to lose that much you will have to starve yourself
then when you eat you will gain it all back.
give yourself more time and do it right

You certainly can't do it in a healthy way. Just be happy and at peace with yourself. Start eating right and exercising and leave the crash diets alone, they are not good for you.

just eat salads for atleast three weeks 17 to 18 glassess of water daily and lots of juices. no rice and bread and junk food, you will definately lose.
