Something from inside the universe could not have created the universe, God has to by default be from outside the universe. And therefore God can not be an earth bound a penguin.

Then Heaven would be a giant frozen iceberg with fish everywhere and no other predators. It would kinda suck because penguins are rather smelly birds to tell you the truth.
I can't even imagine how much an all powerful supreme being penguin would smell if he had a couple billenia to muck it all up...

Well, if everything in the universe was created from GOD then it must be essentially made of GOD. But, that doesn't mean that the consciousness of GOD resides in the penguin.
