I am 13 years of age (lol), and weigh about 110 pounds. I am about 5'1''. i think i'm too fat for my height and age. so what is the easiest AND/OR healthiest way to lose weight.

um, i don't wnat any answers talking about trying to be 'balimec' or 'anorexic'. and i'd like to keep my breasts. All i wanna do is lose weight from my tummy and thighs.

2 years ago, I had about 220 lbs, of ugly unwanted wieght. I finally came up with a plan to loose it all in one day and I did. I did not change my diet ot exersise more, or take any pills, in fact I think I stopped taking some pills after I lost all that ugly useless weight. It was the simplest easiest thing. And I have not gained any of it back. My plan that worked was simple- I kicked out my ex-husband, then I divorced him, to make sure that he never came back. To think I lost all that wieght overnight.

We are about the same height and weight, but I am 33 years old. I know this probably sounds ancient to you. However you are a perfect size and weight, and you are definitely not too fat for your age. As long as you exercise and eat right just be happy with yourself and don't worry about the size of other people or what other people think of you. What is important that you are happy with yourself, so stay healthy and enjoy life!

eat a healthy diet of food. Talk to a nutritionist and learn ways to properly eat. Also getting out and excersizing can be healthy. The only way in my opinion to loose weight is to eat properly all the time and excersize.

People who go on fad diets tend to minimize the amount of calories they put into their bodies. When you do this your body acclimates to the amount of calories and slows down your metabolism. When people are done with their two week diet or whatever they tend to splurge and eat things with too many calories again. Your body metabolism has slowed down so a lot of people actualy gain more weight then they had before they previously started their diets!

The best way to lose some weight is by doing exercise, if all you want is to lose your tummy the best thing to do is seat-ups that will help you a lot. also you could go out running to burn some calories...

Try liposuction, or if you don't have the money, you can cut it off, but be very careful! This can cause scarring and there is a risk of bleeding to death. Good luck!
