Yes, men do. And a lot of times, women do too. But actually, women are motivated biologically by different things than men are. Men are visually stimulated, women on the other hand are more stimulated by thoughts than they are by what they see. So while a woman might appreciate that a man has pretty eyes, she's not thinking about bagging him until she feels some connection, no matter how basic.
But that's why women are so confused about why men can't just stop.. they're dumb about how men's brains work. It's sad.

I am a women and I can guarantee you that we do check out men's bottoms. That is why my church believes that men and women should dress modestly. We believe that Men should not wear their pants too tight. And women's skirts and dresses should not hug their figure, show their leg above the knee and no cleavage should show. We believe that the high divorce rate in the US is due, in part, to the fact that modesty is no longer seen as being important. We support this belief by the fact that the divorce rate is higher in coastal / beach areas where people run around almost naked all the time.

Yes I do, But for the most part since I like butts its more checking out what would look good on my woman. I check out other chicks pants and am like Dang that would look good on my woman..

I don't know about other women but when I check a guy out a few things about him have to click together to make him look irresistably cute to me. Then if he walks past me I'll turn about and look at everything--when I did that before he past me....well no harm in doing it twice...or three...well you... :)

I've been known to do a double take from time to time, but I wouldn't say I'm looking at someone's butt. My eyes are drinking in the full beauty of the woman.

I sometimes check out a woman's butt, however, I am more interested in a frontal view...her eyes, her face, her hair. and how well she is put together.
