"sometimes when i am thinking to myself and the little voice in my head starts talking sometimes the voice will transform into sounding like u and wut i think u would say. like when i was rereading what i had written in my essay."
its weird...but i think u have good judgement and wits so im not worried.

this to me mean that he likes you and thinks of you. and talk to you in his mind and talks about you with himself. You should go from him. good luck

i think he trying to say that he really likes you and that you have made a huge impact on his life. Certainly is an odd way to say it though, can't say I've heard much good about the guys that talk about the voices in their heads.
