yes. for all you others who think it is man's word, it was the bible was actually madeby the instruction of God, just not written by Him. also, if you are one of those who mock God, here's something for you to think about.

1) Actually scientists that have witnessed miracles of God can't really explain how injuries are suddenly healing rapidly before their eyes.
2)There is proof found that the bible is true.
3)Many of the "contentious, too unclear, and apoligetical" arguments are probably from those who are only "christian" because their parents are, too.

Hey- why do so many people try to prove it doesn't exist? To me, only a few of us really argue that the fact that God is real. We mostly let people believe what they believe and not force them to belive in God. Sure, we invite them to church, but even if they decline the invitation, we don't resort to yelling and argument of why they should come. Anyhow, the only reason why we try to prove that He is real is because others try so hard to prove He isn't real. I'll pray for you. Also, you should check out somw books in the library based on how he is real. Then you might not be as much like this

God exists because it says so in the Bible. The Bible is true because God supposedly wrote it. It is this kind of circular logic that makes it hard for an atheist to take Christians seriously.

That is what i have been told ,but i believe it is mans word and you were told it is Gods word.No one knows what Gods word is.It is in your heart and soul and mind,i believe He resides there and tells you what you need to know. You are drawn to live a good life by him.Every texts claims it is the word of God.They are either all wrong or all right and i believe the are all wrong. You cannot have it both ways

I always get on my students for committing heresy by using improper grammar.

Capitalize "Bible" to distinguish it from any other book referred to as a "bible" (lit. book or reed).

Capitalize "God" when referring to the one, true, living God, but use a lower case "g" when referring to any other false (so-called) god.

Put an apostrophe between the "d" and "s" in "God's" otherwise you've made the term plural and necessarily imply there are more than one God.

You know, frankly I just see you as a Christian, less-angry version of all the whiney atheists who come here trying to shove their agenda down people's throats with no intention of getting a thoughtful response. I know you probably have good intentions, but come on, you're bringing the value of this site down with your over-simplistic, rhetorical "questions." If you really want to bring people to Christ, you need to defend your faith intellectually. Perhaps you are not prepared to do that.

Did you know that the Bible is God's Word?

It is the "Bible", not the "bible".
It is "God's Word", not "gods word".

Yes. But move past the elementry teachings. If you restate the simplest facts over and over again you will appear simpleminded. You dont want that because it will detract from your work as a teacher.

I know a lot of people claim it is.

With no proof, mind you. The best that anyone's ever said about it is "It's God's word because it says it is!"
