I just uploaded a video clip to Windows Movie Maker and the screen is green.?

I uploaded the video to Windows Movie Maker. There is audio however there is no picture because it's green. What can I do to fix this?

there could be many reasons for this to happen,,,
not got the right video driver
video graaphics card not got enough onboard memeory
video resulution not right,
minimum resolution 1024x768
maximum resolution for video 1280x1024


here is how to find out if your graphics card is ok for video place mouse on the desktop, right mouse click,
then click on properties and see what the settings are
if they are not as above then set it to above 1024x768
also make sure the color is at the highest.... 16 or32bit color
