I have a Valmet M76 in .223 Remington. I need to find if the magazines made for Chinese AKs in .223 will work?

Want to see if the Chinese made version of the AK in caliber .223 Remington will work safely and without modifcation for the Valmet M76. I have read that Tomex mags can be fitted to work, but I don't want to do that. Is there a supply of 30 round Valmet magazine available?
