Like let's say I'm dreaming i'm in a market shopping. Some guy has a gun. And when something's about to happen (shoot someone, etc.), you always seem to wake up. Why does this happen?

Most traumatic dreams are usually interrupted, right before they reach their impending climax, so as to give us a chance to consciously change them in our favour. This not only saves us from experiencing unnecessary trauma but also allow us to affirm our inner power, to change our dreams and our life.

As our life is as big as our biggest dream and if we use our inner power to dream better dreams for ourselves, there is no stopping to where our life and our dreams can take us.

Dreams usually are an expression of an old emotional trauma or would trying to relive and relieve itself, so when you re-experience an old recurring dream this an sign that now you have chance to live your life once again, but in an empowered way, where you can change its ending in your favour by being more aware.

So go right back into your dream world and make the change and soon it will start reflecting in your growing confidence in your external life as well. As dreams are we all come from. Someone dreamt of us one day and we were born one day,

You might have had bad experience sometime in your life, but now you have chance to undo the damage done to you. Start by changing your inner life through dream work.
Choose a different ending each time, one that is out of self love, and you will soon see the difference on the outside too.

Know that you are no longer a victim of the situation you had to undergo earlier in life, now that you are an empowered being; you are being given new opportunities to make better choices in life, make them now. Make sure you use these opportunities both inner and outer wisely and to turn your life around.

These are also ways in which you can affirm your inner power and use to bring great and utter transformation in your outer life.

And dream are not just an expression of the old, sometimes they also foretell what’s to come, for they come from a place that is beyond our waking life.

Use the power of your imagination to change your inner life and soon your outer life will start reflecting those very changes. Try it and you will know what I mean.

Basically what happens is the dream stimulated your nervous system to increase your brething rate, heart rate, and possibly the release of adrenaline. These factors combine to wake you up.
