can anybody share thier shoulders, biceps and triceps workouts? please include sets, reps and weight...thans and happy holidays....

There are lots of different options for these.

Shoulders:
Military press
Barbell shoulder press
Front and side lateral raises
Bent over back shoulder raises
Shoulder shrugs

Biceps:
Curls (barbell and dumbell)
Preacher curls
Isolation curls
Hammer curls
Reverse grip curls

Triceps:
Cable pushdowns
Tricep overhead presses
Skull crushers
One handed overhead presses
Donkey kick presses
Reverse cable pushdowns

The different bench presses also incorporate triceps and shoulders. Upright rows will incorporate deltoids, traps and biceps.

I'd suggest for these exercises simply doing two or three of reach muscle group, 3-4 sets each 8-12 reps each.

I suggest doing some research for yourself, experiment with different exercises and workout routines, maybe get a trainer if you can, and be sure to utilize good form for safety and to get the most out of the lift.
