I'd also like to find colored sprinkles and maybe ingredients for royal icing (powdered egg whites).

The silver balls are called dregees and are available in the cake mix aisle of your grocery store. You can buy them online, but with shipping and handling this can be very expensive. You can make the royal icing very easily at home with the following recipe:
Royal Icing Using Egg Whites:

2 large egg whites

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

3 cups (330 grams) confectioners (powdered or icing) sugar, sifted

For Royal Icing with Egg Whites: In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat the egg whites with the lemon juice. Add the sifted powdered sugar and beat on low speed until combined and smooth. The icing needs to be used immediately or transferred to an airtight container as royal icing hardens when exposed to air. Cover with plastic wrap when not in use.

Makes about 3 cups

I hope this helps you. Happy Holidays!

dragees are no longer sold in the state of california if I recall. there was some law put in place in 2003 banning them due to silver metal content. That is all courtesy of some lame lawyer here in Napa, California.

Online shops may or may not be able to ship them here.
