What is this supposed to mean???

what sin did his followers committ if they followed Jesus and why should he have died for the ones who nailed him to the cross

and if so why are people still suffering today and still sinning?

and if he didn't died in our place(the sinners) who would of killed us, don't humans eventually die (suffering wise or not???)

In the Old Testament, for any sins committed people must make a sacrifice in order to appease God. Thus cattle, sheep, pigs and whatnot were killed.

So when Jesus came around, his blood being "pure" as the son of God....he was sacrificed and the innocence of his blood was supposed to be enough (I mean, son of God versus puny human beings- hello!) to clear all past, present, and future sins in the eyes of God.
