Everyone has the right to defend his life against the attacks of an unjust aggressor. For this end he may employ whatever force is necessary and even take the life of an unjust assailant. As bodily integrity is included in the good of life, it may be defended in the same way as life itself. It must be observed however that no more injury may be inflicted on the assailant than is necessary to defeat his purpose.

You are on the right track but not quite wording your answer properly. Killing is never morally right. Killing is intrinsically evil. In order for a person to be morally culpable for their actions they must be acting of their own free will. With a gun pointed at your head you are not acting of your own free will. This mitigates your moral responsibility for the action. It does not make the action morally right.

Plenty of Catholics serve in the armed forces understanding that they might have to kill another human being. They still believe that God will forgive them. There have been many times in the Bible that believers had to fight for the glory of God. There will come a time in the worlds history that Christians will have to fight just for the right to believe.

No one has greater love than this, to lay down one's life for one's friends. (John 15:13)

For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it. (Matthew 10:39, 16:25, Mark 8:35, Luke 9:24, 17:38)

What would Jesus do?

The teaching and example of Jesus Christ are to give up one's life to save your neighbor.

Although you may not be held accountable for killing someone to save your life, it would be more Christlike to give up your life for someone else.

With love in Christ.
