I can't believe you asked this question! Why would anyone want to make up a language specifically to deny understanding in everyday life? Your question does not make any sense. Not only does it boggle the mind, you have bought segregation and ignorance to a new height.

Allot of blacks do in America do know how to speak English, and allot of the younger white kids don't know how to speak English.
The answer is actually educating our kids about math and English , instead of encouraging kids to use uneducated slang words, and bad English.

Dumbest thing I've ever heard! But, they could always publish a grammar and language text book called `George Bush's Guide to English Conversation.' No one understands him when he speaks. Not even whites.
