Do not under-rate fear. Fear gives you strength. Fear warns you there is danger present. Fear triggers your adrenaline gland. Fears makes you behave in a serious manner.
I do not trust a man that does not know fear.

there is none in my dojo. if you have fear it will slow you down and there will be no need to learn my art.

If it doesn't, then you should at least learn respect. If your lessons are good, then you have been given a great responsability. With responsability comes prudent practice and mindful thought to what you do.
The moment you forget that will be your failing.
