i have tooth that looks like the gum has pulled away from it? it bleeds a lot and i have some chest pain do i have a infection that is so bad it makes my chest hurt?? i brush 3 times a day didnt notice any problems till i ate a frozen snickers bar, felt what seemed like a cut to the gum and now its black around that tooth and like i said mild chest pain but tooth bleeds not hurting??

if the gums are receding from teeth and bleeding you could have periodontal disease. You should get this checked by a dentist. Any bacteria originating in the mouth could migrate to the heart so I would get this checked out.

I doubt very much that one has anything to do with the other. More than likely you have cut your gum a little and it just needs time to heal. When you say chest pain, that's completely different. Is this something you have been having for a few days? If you are just experiencing it for a short time, it might be gas. If the chest pain continues, you better see a doctor. But, I doubt it is from your tooth.

it could be a slash, or a laceration of your gums. your teeth is not bleeding, but your gums does. it is very positive that you have an infection already. Go to your dentist immediately and ask for help. I think you should also go to your physician for your chest pains.

definitely go to the dentist..get that checked out...you might have an infection
