my grandchildren were taken 2 years ago in fla. i have done everything i can to get them that they have asked me too, but theres always something eles they want. i need some suggestions that maybe some one eles has.if anyone has has the same trouble with fla, please let me know. the judge in daytona beach is a terrible person he could care less about children and families. all he cares about is the money the state pays him to keep our babies in the system. he is greedy and selfish, he has taken over 5,000 kids from there parents and has terminated there rights and wont even let them talk in court. he is terrible. he thinks he is GOD. all i want is for my babies to come home. i have been approved by the state i live in but it dont no why he is doing this, how does he sleep at night. so if anyone has any info to give me please send it to me. thanks

I am having the same problem in texas. My grandson is 3 and a half years old.we had him for almost 3 years, when my daughter and her husband started usuing drugs.the other grandma, who had only seen him one time in his life, she has him and we have tried a year to get him back!! once the foster court in lubbock, and cps got involved,we were out.we have one last hearing in febuary, where the other grandma wants to adopt him.and we have heard she plans on letting none of us see him again.and hes the only grandchild i have, and a miracle to get him.Plus i also lost my son in a car wreck,at 19.so i really love and need him.but they really are heartless.they told me and my daughter back in october we could see him one more time,to tell him goodbye!!! and i never had done anything..never been in trouble, been married for 28 years .its been a nightmare.so good luck, and i can sure feel where you are coming from.

They are not corrupt.
If you are a competent, honest, lawful person they would have given you the children from the very beginning. There must be something in your background that is making them question your ability to raise children.
Why don't you hire an attorney to represent you?
