I havn't opened the package yet, and i really have no time to go out and buy another one, so is it still good to eat? I don't know much about cheese cuz i rarely eat it.

and If it is real cheese and not a processed cheese food as long as it does not have mold on it or it is dried out it should be fine.

how warm do you keep your house? It should be fine. If you have a strong stomach. Most cheeses are so processed, pasturized, etc, plus the fact that it was sealed after- since it hasn't been opened, bacteria shouldn't be able to get to it. If you think about it- yogurt was first made by being carried across the desert in galbladders on camelback- and that was fine! If you go by the "health department" answer, they have to say no- don't eat it after 2 hours. sealed pasturized cheese for one night- fine.

Oh know its not bad they mak cheese better by aging but you can put in the frig now , you are talking about one of my favorite foods
